Is lovely spot,sheltered from the wind,eith calm,gently shelving water,and snorkelling at both ends of the bay. The beach is sandy and shallow stretches a hundred meters away from the shore . It is a favorite gathering place for residents and their guests. Shallow sandy bottom and top are prerequisites for favorite game Picigin .
From there you can keep walking and more or less circumnavigate the island,or branch off to visit the church of Our Lady of Šunj built in the 15th century with 17th century additions,with an impressive churchyard outside and even more impressive paintings inside.The path arcs back into Lopud,coming out by the harbour.
